We had a fantastic week in Sebastian's apartment.
He is a very friendly host and responds quickly to questions. The apartment is very clean, nice and modernly furnished and very easily accessible by public transport. Surroundings is quiet.

We have a note: Sebastian, you should update the photos of the pool terrace here, because it is much better equipped than shown in the photos: There is a super cozy outdoor corner sofa, a parasol and a large table with 4 chairs. You can't enjoy beautiful summer evenings any better!🙂

Sebastian was a great host! As a host, Sebastian provided a lot of proactive information, was responsive to all questions/ requests and made us feel at home. The apartment looked exactly like photos, was super clean, had zero clutter and had great amenities (laundry, fancy coffee machine, elevator and awesome balcony) The balcony with the view of the trees was a gamechanger. It made it a nice quiet oasis in the middle of Berlin and nice break from the hustle of the city.

The location in Friedrichshain was super!! There are lots of great diverse restaurants, shops and public transportation in walking distance. It made it super place to explore Berlin from.

I give it 5 stars!! I came with my family and to visit. We loved the apartment! It was perfect for us. I would like to stay there the next time I come to Berlin!

The apartment was exactly as described: spacious, bright, and very quiet. The through layout and the terraces on both sides are a real plus. It is well equipped, well organized, and the jacuzzi is very enjoyable and easy to use. Check-in was smooth, quick, and clearly explained.

The location is excellent, with several public transport options nearby — including a bus stop right in front and the metro just 5 minutes away. There are also a few shops and restaurants close by, making it easy to stay in the neighborhood if you wish.

We absolutely loved our stay in this penthouse and would recommend it without hesitation!
