This was a great accommodation and it looked better in person, both on the inside and outside. It was clean, had a good number of amenities, and was in a great location close to Maho Beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The balcony is big and has a nice view. Beds are comfortable, it’s spacious, and bathrooms felt great too. I would recommend this place for a stay in St. Martin.

Very nice stay in Philipsburg. The apartment is 100% as described, more than spacious enough for two couples, and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the sailboats. It is also very conveniently located, right on the boardwalk and close to bars and restaurants. Communicating with the host was really easy. We always received a response very quickly. We also give a rating of 100% for airport transportation. The service was simply impeccable. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the apartment at all. We found the area a bit too quiet in the evening, with lots of bars and restaurants closing early. That being said, we still enjoyed the local cuisine.

Super host with great communication and very accommodating. Convenient location, very clean, modern space. Lots of towels. Just with the smart tv connected to internet in order to watch Netflix before bed. All in all we will stay here again very soon.

The property was clean and spacious. only upside was that there were no curtains in both bathrooms and the living room. Anyone could see you from the outside which limits your privacy. The window in the master bathroom had no lock on it and the main door had some type of Crack or separation which they know about bc they put tape to cover it. I also had to purchase toilet paper bc there was only one roll for 2 bathrooms and 4 guests and when asked they stated they could not supply me with anymore which made no sense. They also need a new pot and pan set and eating utensils. Other then that the home was clean and very close to restaurants and activities to do.
