Place was clean and nice. Location is indeed perfect for tourists who wants to roam around Baguio. Hosts are very communicative.

Ang ganda ng room, super luwag, Malinis. But, the bedsheet and comforter is not clean .The rest is clean. Over all 9/10 rate.💕.Malapit lng sa Mga galaan like Mines View, Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, Walking distance lng .

the room was ok, beds are good, pillows are nice, complete kitchen appliances. the bathroom was not that clean. the shower curtain is sooo dirty/moldy it needs replacing. the floor drainage isn't that good either. what really ruined the experience for us is the FOUL smell at random times within the neighborhood. literally smells like sewage. it seeps up to the 3rd floor and smells really really bad that we just have to close the door to the balcony. it lasts for a few hours and even extends to a few buildings/houses nearby so there must be something wrong with the sewers in the area idk
