Ryan was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the ac on the original unit. Ryan was extremely helpful and quickly found us a new place in the same complex. The place was really nice with a pretty view of the bay. The apartment was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Just across the main street is access to the beach. 5 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was supplied with chairs, wagon for beach items, umbrella and lots of beach towels. The only glitch was the lock on the front door but that did not affect our stay really. We would happily stay here again.

This condo is close to the beach and trolley stop. The pool was still closed while we visited. This place is in need a cosmetic refresh but, we spent most of our time out and about. Alot of construction work going but they were fairly quiet and gone by 4:30.

We absolutely love hanging out on the patio in the mornings watching the sunrise and dolphins in the water. The beach was an easy, walkable distance. Ryan was great at communicating as well!

The condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve rented a lot!). Very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. Everything was provided. Nice location right across the street from the beach to see beautiful sunsets. And if we didn’t want to go to the beach, we could see the sunset perfectly right outside the front door! Great restaurants that we could walk to. Great vacation!!
