Very disappointing experience with how the hosts handled my concern just because of a confusion about the "early check-in" which was not CLEARLY confirmed. I didn't mind paying the fee, what bothered me was the lack of professionalism of the hosts towards their guest's concerns. I was even told that I didn't have BASIC RESPECT when I was respectful the whole time. It's their responsibility to check everything before they let their guests in but in the end it was still my fault that I was asking for a refill of an empty body wash and turned out to be not respectful? I was also told "SUPER DEMANDING" when in fact I wasn't even demanding and didn't bother them at all? They're the worst hosts I've encountered on Airbnb. I hope they learn how to communicate with more clarity and talk to their guests better. It felt more fueled by arguments than actually trying to understand where I was coming from. I still paid that early check-in fee. That ₱150 led to this. I don't recommend.
