…Chris was so amazing to work with for our temporary housing. Extremely responsive to all messages, gave us very detailed helpful instructions, accurate photos of what was included and we found the rental to be spotless clean! Comfortable stay. Great location - near everything and right in town, but still had a quiet country feel.…

…Overall this was not a bad stay. Property was very pretty, very private. We enjoyed being fully engulfed in nature while there. Few small issues. The downstairs tv hardly worked, it would randomly shut off, a dark black line flashed across the screen non stop. We also had to remote to the tv upstairs. There was a large piece of flooring that was completely broken off, which did seem like a safety hazard. The arm on the downstairs couch was broke. It seemed as odd the place hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while due to all the dust and cobwebs. The sun room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our arrival. However, with that being said, Chris was such a good host. He let us check in 30 minutes early because we arrived earlier than anticipated. He responded right away with our concerns. We ended up leaving a night early (our son was being a crab, and we couldn’t play his sleep music with the tv not working). I ended up leaving my wallet there, he found it and let me come get it.…

…We enjoyed our stay and liked that it was close to the Devils Lake State Park - only a 10 to 15 min drive. I loved that we could bring our dog along. The place was cozy and the view was beautiful!…
