Great place for a family gathering at the coast. We were here for a week. Beach time, getting together around the large dining table to play games, and family ping pong tournaments were highlights of our stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. Things to note: there are steep stairs (into house, to second story and down into garage, where the ping pong table is) and there is a lack of accessible beach access in the neighborhood for those with mobility issues. Fortunately a VERY accessible beach is only a 2 minute drive away. These issues were known pre- reservation through other reviews, so we knew what to expect and we managed just fine! Whole family agreed that this was one of our best beach week spots yet!

We have stayed here multiple times. Great view of the ocean from the upstairs common area. (a real plus when the weather isn’t the best). Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating. Well-equipped kitchen. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We will definitely return! Thank you, Rick!

A very comfortable home with a great ocean view. Close to town and easy beach access. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. We would rent this house again.
