The stay was wonderful relaxing in a quiet location with very beautiful gardens. The host responds quickly and resolves all your issues. The apartment is very spacious, the air conditioning works very well. The beds are comfortable as well as a large well-appointed terrace which is also very comfortable.

The apartment is much nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. Very high quality and stylishly furnished, very comfortable beds, two luxurious bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a large, also very nicely furnished terrace. We also appreciated the well-maintained pool area. The location is great, you feel right at home in a nice residential area. And on top of that, the communication with William was flawless. We will be happy to come back!

This apartment is in a great location close to puerto banus. The host was always quickly responsive to our issues. Parking spot is convenient. However there were a number of issues.. check in was a bit challenging because the front gate doesn’t open easily. We had many insects in the house (ants, mosquitos, gnats, fruit flies). The window in one of the bathrooms was broken, the kitchen faucet was loose. Not enough towels or paper towels were provided for our stay, we had to request for extra towels and linens. Also WiFi was not working we were unable to work and FaceTime our family. For the price we paid I think they could put more effort into making sure the apartment is in comfortable and working condition.

Upon first entering there was an odor in the living room as well. What made it alright was the host was very responsive and tried to attend to our needs right away.

We felt very comfortable in the house; we had all the essentials. Maybe just a few more kitchenware items could be added (like trays, bowls, tablecloths…), but overall, it’s highly, highly recommended.
