The room is spacious. Good enough for 5 guests. However the 2 guests had to share the sofa bed. It was just later on when we checked out that we found out there was an extra air bed in the master’s bedroom. Apart from that, the basic essentials you need are provided by the host. Security is also good since not anybody can enter their premises. Convenience store, restaurants and malls are just a walk away. And it’s near Novotel and Smart Araneta so if you have a conference or concert to attend in these venues, it’s a great location.

Despite a mishap with the hot water for 3 out of the 5 nights, I still really enjoyed my stay here. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Mae was super responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and was able to troubleshoot the hot water issue right away. Her attentiveness made a big difference, and I appreciated the effort to make things right. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros:
- Location is great.
- The property was fairly cleaned.
- Check in and checkout process was easy.
- Parking space is available.
- Host responds in a timely manner.

Cons:
- Their towels and linens smell bad, like that of a wet rug.
- The blanket provided is just for one person and was too small. We had to use the stocked bedsheet (which had a foul smell).
- Living room sofa pillowcases has not been replaced at all. It has this dirt marks all over it.
- The kitchen rug has not been replaced as well, it has shoe prints on it and is dirty.
- No foot towel, so do buy a kitchen towel to help yourself when getting out of the bathroom wet.
- Wifi did not work on the first day, we had to request it, and after that the speed was not that good.
