Our stay at St. cloud was amazing! It is in a great location across the street from City Park, with many great restaurants in walking distance. The space was bright and sunny, and provided a wonderful work from home setup for 2 people. We loved the deck! Ben was very communicative throughout our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Denver.

The good:
This unit is in a great spot by city park & food spots. The unit was good for 1 person traveling & the internet was quick. It was renovated and I enjoyed the location
Parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a full day parking on a nearby street (others were 2 hour)

The bad:
The booking for this was stressful & I tried to rent a few other places owned by this company, but was denied from each one due to them “wanting a tenant sooner” than when my trip was planned. This was my 3rd choice, & didnt have parking or a balcony like the others. Due to the inconvenience, I was offered a $100 credit to stay at this unit, however it was never sent or taken off the price, & when I asked about it there was no response from mgmt. Also, in order to get a parking pass on the surrounding streets, you need to sign a lease (which was not sent). I was unable to get a pass from the city & when I let the mgmt company know, they said they would send me the lease (which was again not sent)

Unfortunately, this apartment had a few immediate issues despite the great reviews and modern interior, causing us to cancel our stay.
​While the location was nice and we expected some problems in an older, basement unit (like low light), we were greeted by mice droppings near a trap right after check-in, indicating a known rodent issue. The unit's overall cleanliness was also disappointing (dust, stains, sticky surfaces, hair). The furniture was worn (scratched couch, rolled and dirty rug), and the tiny shower was clearly omitted from photos. Noise was also a major factor, as we could hear everything from the upstairs neighbors.
​Though initial communication was slow and a little frustrating, Ben provided excellent customer service by calling immediately about the mice when we notified him after business hours. He proposed doing pest control, but we requested a full refund, and he kindly accepted.
I hope this review helps future tenants. Be aware that it's a very old house.

I stayed here for over a month. Ben was fast to respond whenever we had questions. Nice quiet neighborhood with a nice park close by. Would stay here again.
