Stayed here nearly a whole summer, somewhat unexpectedly. The apartment gave me most of what I needed - quiet, comfortable, good AC, fast wifi, seldom-packed laundryroom, lots of things to do in the area. Staff in the complex are nice and easy to talk to. The apartment was stacked with kitchen utensils and it was easy to cook there.

Worst Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Place was dirty and did not match the photos online. Couch was broken and almost unusable. Host did not respond until I threatened a bad review and still didn’t even end up replacing the broken couch. Also there was roaches, washer and dryers barely worked, and place reeked of mold.

Upon checking in I was told the appt I had reserved was not available. I chose the better of two alternative options as the other had mildew smell and water damage on the ceiling causing hand-sized sections of paint to hang down, but the unit I ended up in also had a number of upkeep issues. I had to buy an AC hose cover for the portable AC outlet as it was radiating heat back into the room, the garbage disposal didn’t work, the fridge had trouble keeping cool (unable to freeze my larger ice pack overnight), the panel for the dishwasher was falling off, the large burner on the stove did not work, there were serious concerns with the condition of the microwave, the bathroom sink was about to collapse, and the tv was propped up on a broken leg. The host stated they would address these items via maintenance, but I did not see any items addressed during my month’s stay.
