Great apartment and bang for your buck - small but efficient space. Mario was great. It is a loud area, and lots of homeless around given it’s near west4th, but all in all the apartment was exactly what I wanted

The location is absolutely great! And so is the place - compact and at the same time has everything you could need. Mario is an excellent host, extremely helpful and prompt with his responses. Would definitely stay here again when in NYC next.
