Beautiful house! Wonderful hosts! It was one of the most Instagram-worthy houses we had visited. The team of butlers was always available, and the staff was good. Clean, cozy, beautiful. I would also like to note the location of the house — it is both in the thick of things, where there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around, and at the same time it is in the depths of the street, and the noise of the roads does not reach the house. The house and courtyard are really very quiet and comfortable. There is a minibar with very reasonable prices — not much higher than store prices. It's especially nice that the company isn't trying to make money from this, but is really offering additional amenities for guests. I think we'll repeat this experience on our next visit.

After a disappointing experience at our previous Airbnb accommodation, we switched to Lyvin and couldn't have made a better decision. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and minimalist in its decor. Lyvin was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times and even organized our transfer. The space was cleaned daily, and the filtered drinking water was a big plus. The location was also excellent, as restaurants, cafes and shops were within easy walking distance. We would stay here again anytime and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.

If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it. It’s complete luxury all round, from the villa itself to the staff and the service. A buggy service around the nearby area was a real bonus too. No request is too much, we were very well looked after! 10/10.
