Convenient location in gombak, and pleased that we can access KL East mall very easily. Nice and clean place, as advertised. Do note that I went in Dec 2025 and there was an issue with the access cards so we had to keep on calling the guard each time we wanted to go up to our accoms. Entering from the carpark also required card which didnt work. Entering from KL East mall also needed card, so we had to wait for others to open the door.
