This is almost the 5th time I've booked it. Honestly, it's tidy and close to everything and right in front of King Saud University. It's clean and everything in it is 👍🏻🌟

I spent a month at Khalid's place. It was an uneventful and restful stay, close to where I am working.

It was exactly as exactly as described. It is a modern studio apartment with an ensuite bathroom. The building has a caretaker which ensures that all the common areas are clean and tidy.

The apartment building is just across the road from King Saud University and nearly adjacent to the access for the King Saud Metro stop, making it convenient for public transport. The area itself is quickly changing with many large construction projects nearby, but there isn't a lot within the immediate vicinity apart from a small shopping area about 5 minutes walk.

The studio apartment is quite spacious and has all the basic amenities needed. You can hear some traffic noise but it is minor and to be expected for the location.

Khalid and his co-hosts were very prompt and helpful whenever I contacted them.

I would have no issue staying there again.
