My check-in experience was very disappointing. The host did not properly endorse my arrival, and despite paying the full amount in advance for one month, I had difficulty reaching them. They were mostly unresponsive to calls and messages.

I also had issues accessing the elevator from B2 parking because I was not provided an access card. I was passed back and forth between the guard, admin, and the host, which was very frustrating. I had to walk through the parking area just to reach the main lobby, which was a hassle after long days out.

In addition, there was no Netflix account provided even though the listing photos showed that Netflix was included. This was misleading and felt like false advertising.

Overall, the host seemed unprepared and not attentive to guest needs. This stay at Jarys was far from smooth, and I hope improvements are made.

it's nice to cook because the item is completo. the only downside is that the ventilation in the kitchen is not cleaned. overall goods and clean unit.

Great place (same as described in the photos). Big smart tv and wide bed. Place was secured as well. Felt private and there were security guards roaming even during late nights.

We just experienced a very slow Wi-Fi in our 2nd day. There was also an additional Php 600.00 for the parking slot.
