This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I waited three hours for Derek to respond. After my booking was automatically accepted. Derek took my money and then we waited three hours in Mexico for him to respond. An Airbnb agent reached out to him and still no response. When we tried to cancel our reservation, there is no refunds so Derek just takes the money and then maybe you get the place or maybe you don’t! I do not recommend anyone trying to rent this Airbnb. Even after the massive inconvenience in sitting in Mexico for three hours, waiting for any type of response we were able to find another place to stay. To add insult to injury Derek sent a facetious message the next day after we told him that the service was terrible and he had left us stranded after taking our money. My recommendation is that you find another Airbnb space to stay.

The host never answered me, and when I tried to call, he dialed a UK number that never answered.

Basically, one of the best places to stay in Cancun.
