If you’re looking for a unique/homely place to stay, look no further. We are a group of 4 single walkers, walking the England Coast Path, & Sharon’s chalet suited us perfectly - sitting, as it does, bang on the Path. We appreciated having a bedroom each for privacy, 2 bathrooms (1 with a fabulous walk-in shower) & comfortable sitting room. The chalet is beautifully furnished & in keeping with its building type. Info was provided about the interesting history of The Fitties & this was brought to life through chatting to a friendly resident. Newly available, there are a few things that do need sorting eg the broken kitchen cupboard door, the provision of a few extra items in the kitchen such as a cafetière, salad bowl & Pyrex/ovenware and taps tricky to turn off fully. The bedrooms offered varying degrees of comfort, with one parallel to the garage that lacked daylight/free-flowing ventilation. But, overall, the chalet offered us a cheerful base from which to walk and we were very happy.
