Pictures are accurate. This is a stark, cold unit, but functional. There is a unit above and the floors are very thin - weird motor vibration noises coming through the floor in addition to footsteps from people and pets. Quiet street. It is close to campus, but they inflated the price so much for graduation weekend. Host kindly provided a hair dryer and iron that I requested in advance.

I’ve stayed at many properties, and this has been one of the best. During our stay, we had a couple of appliances go down, but they responded within hours of us reaching out and resolved the issues quickly. They stay on top of maintenance and consistently keep the property clean. We also had a few warm days, and they made sure the AC units were working properly. Overall, they really made my team feel at home.
