We had a wonderful stay for my daughters CWE and my son's Building Science Summer camp. The location was perfect, and so close to downtown and the school. Loved that we could see the stadium from the balcony. We were there during the FIFA friendly game and were able to sit and take in all the action, hear the crowd cheering, and even saw the fireworks at the end from the balcony. The condo had everything that we could have needed for our stay. We would highly recommend staying here. So much better than a hotel, I'm surprised that he doesn't charge more, it is definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay while moving our daughter out of her dorm. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs! The unit was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We were so impressed by the thoughtful touches—the kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, creamer, water, and snacks, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and 'just in case' toiletries. We especially loved winding down on the back porch. Robert and Penny were fantastic hosts and very quick to respond to any questions. We definitely hope to stay here again.
