We had a great time at Don’s place! The location was perfect, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus. The parking space made a dramatic difference staying downtown. The only minor issues were the front keypad, which Don fixed quickly, and some noisy neighbors one night. Thanks Don, we had a blast!

We stayed at this unit as a last minute stay in June 2026 due to a VRBO cancellation. Don was very responsive at accommodating our last minute plans. This unit is close to Chinatown (5 min walk) and close to Reading Terminal Market (12 min walk). The assigned parking right outside the unit is a super convenience. Public transport is easy to walk to from this unit. With six individuals, each twosome had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pictures are accurate. As prior reviews mention, the hangout or living room area will be tight if all 6 people are there. The checkout instructions are super easy: just gather all the towels and lock the unit! The unit could use a slight makeover as it is showing some wear and tear. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you may hear guests in the adjacent unit. For the price we paid, the accommodations were fair. Thanks for the stay in your unit!
