5/5 stars. The property was spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, and featured a spacious kitchen that made staying here effortless. Having the water treatment system was a fantastic bonus. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from South Point casino, which made our trip seamless. On top of that, the host was remarkably responsive and answered every inquiry immediately. We will definitely be back.

The unit itself is beautiful, very contemporary in the design and very clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen items, amenities in the bathroom, towels, linens, temperature control, etc.). And the grounds were really fun. We used the mini golf and the bocce ball. We ate outside in the lounge area, and it was very comfortable walking our dog on the grounds and in the neighborhood. Even though there are 3 units on site, it felt very private and we barely saw the other guests. No noise issues either. Parking was easy, and we felt very safe during the stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's very easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, and the riverwalk.
