Dean and Janie were exceptional hosts! From the minute we booked until after we completed our stay they made sure we had MORE than we needed and checked on us several times. Their home is beautiful and fit our group perfectly! The spaciousness of the rooms allowed for amazing sleeping arrangements without our teens all being on top of each other. And still gave adults some quiet spaces to get away. The outdoor grill and patio area was fantastic for cooking dinner and gathering in the warm sunshine or in the shade. The kitchen was great - appliances all well maintained - we had no issues while there for 10 days! It was in a great location and we ended up riding bikes or walking everywhere. It was our first visit to the area, so surprised a bit at the crowded beach but, that is common, I hear. We would highly recommend you rent with Dean and Janie! Can't wait to come back! We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay!

We had a wonderful girls trip! The house was beautiful & in the perfect location. We loved having the pool and beach access. Dean & Janie gave us restaurant recommendations and were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home exactly as described at at fantastic location in one of our family’s favorite places. House was ready for our family, well appointed, and very comfortable for our stay. We appreciated the loaner beach chairs & umbrella. We love 30A!
