Our stay at the "Little Gem" was nothing short of idyllic. The space that Nicole and Russ have created is so peaceful, thoughtfully curated, and intimate. Their instructions were simple and idiot-proof, and their suggestions for local things to do were above and beyond anything I could have expected. The water front location is rejuvenative, and honestly feels like a deep breath of fresh air. We brought our dog with us, and they made us feel so welcome to do so; we think he loved the space as much as we did! We are so happy we found this place to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and we would certainly love to come back, especially for blueberry season in the summer.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s cottage. The home is absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed. The location and view from the cottage is gorgeous… it is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise! Gouldsboro bay is a great location to stay to explore in and around Acadia. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Can honestly say this was the best AirBnB experience I have had to date! The cottage was so accurately described as a "Little Gem" not only because of the location and incredible views, but because of Nicole and Russ as well. The attention to detail at the cottage, the interactive guidebook with recommendations/clear instructions and the provided amenities all made for one of our most memorable trips. Nicole and Russ were very responsive to any questions we had and provided excellent information for the surrounding area. The cottage was perfect for our four legged companion and the provided pet supplies/instructions were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend the "Little Gem" to anyone considering visiting the area!

Nicole's space was the perfect fit for my friends and I! In fact, it was more than enough space for our group of 5. We really enjoyed the beautiful location, with views over the water. While it is an hour drive to Acadia, the location of the home and drive were beautiful with the fall foliage so it wasn't that bad. Nicole is very clear and communicative as a host!
