First of all, the accommodation is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in a good location despite the cold water in the shower.

Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Was quite good, the bed was already a bit dirty, otherwise everything was great.

The communication and check-in were super pleasant and unproblematic. The apartment was basically great and absolutely reasonable for the price.
However, we discovered an empty beer can next to the couch and spider webs above the shower. It gave the impression that the cleaner was doing their job a little superficially.

Furthermore, you could not connect to the WiFi and the heating was a bit cold. Since this is probably connected via a central system, we could not make it warmer.

All in all, we were still satisfied and for our purposes the apartment was great.

Very nice, modern and well-located accommodation in relation to Cologne. The bedrooms are big, the bedding comfortable and we slept well.
However, the accommodation is advertised for 10 people and there were only 7 of us, but the equipment is not at all suitable: no dishcloth or tea towel, only 3 small forks, 4 flat plates, 4 glasses and 4 chairs around a very small table. Empty coffee pot upon arrival, empty pepper. The shower does not drain properly, which puts water in the bathroom, and without a towel it is impossible to wipe, except with our bath towels.
Dirty dishes in the cupboard, very dirty oven, some rooms without sockets and no hooks in the bathrooms. The potential is real because the place is nice, but you really need to improve the basic equipment to be consistent with the advertised capacity.
