The accommodation delights with its individual charm. It consists of two small cottages, located directly below the church in the village of Ano Petali, and within walking distance of the village parking lot in just 300 meters. Very idyllic view from up there. One house houses a living room and two bedrooms, the other houses a kitchen, bathroom and dining area, in between an idyllic outdoor seating area. Xenia furnished the accommodation with a lot of love for detail, there was nothing missing. Whether information material about the island, children's toys, extension cables, extensive mosquito repellent, extra blankets, everything was available, in the kitchen we were greeted by a basket with local pastries, honey, jam and coffee, in the refrigerator enough water was provided so that you did not have to run immediately to the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village. Xenia and her assistant Katerina were always available to us, responded quickly, and were helpful in all matters.

What a fantastic place to stay. We were met by Katrina, Xenia’s assistant who was very helpful, even coming to show us how to use the oven. The apartment is beautiful, just as described and walking distance to all you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Thanks, hope to comeback someday.

This was our first time on Sifnos, and we stayed a month. Xenia's villa was the perfect base of operations for a Sept/Oct stay. This was the best Airbnb we have found in Greece: our host has made her spacious, lovingly furnished villa a true home away from home. We needed both A/C and heat on occasion, both if which worked perfectly, and there was ample space for a much larger family than ours. I cannot thank Xenia enough for what she provided us.

This place was even better than I expected. Really thoughtfully decorated and set up for guests. The location is awesome. A very short and lovely walk to the center of Apollonia where all the shops and restaurants are, and the bus stop. It’s also in a super quaint area with lots of beautiful island homes. We loved it. We enjoyed the local cookies that were there for check in!
