Trish was quick to respond to questions comments. Unit was a little hard to find since there are several buildings. The unit was just as pictured and clean; couple small things we noticed: looked like some sort of cooking grease was left on balcony, and the door frame at entrance of unit needed painted. For amenities, lazy river was nice. We had a hard time finding the hot tub and it wasn't hot. We encountered a slight inconvenience of the sprinklers needing to be checked during our stay, but that was not on Trish (nothing she could do about it). Personal preference, I wanted to stick around while the inspection took place so it disrupted my plans slightly. Overall all, it was a great place. It was in the location we were looking for and the perfect size.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish’s place. It was very convenient to have access right to the pool in front of the house due to having little kids. Trish was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had . This is one of the best places we have stayed. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town for a shipyard tournament!

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were in the area visiting our grandchildren and spent most of our time with them but had a nice place to begin and end our day. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool. Very relaxing.
