Nice Apartment and Good Location.
Cushion of Sofa was in torn condition from above and smelling of pee badly, when i lifted the cushion there was pee on whole sofa below the cushion, housekeeping changed it on the second day.
TV in front of bed is broken.
There is a crack in bath tub, we were not were sure of using it, so we sent the images to the owner and later he replied that its safe to use.
One end of bed sheet was burned, seems like someone put a hot pan on it. Housekeeping never changed the pillows, blankets, or bedsheet in our entire duration of stay.
Despite all above hiccups, Overall experience was good.

Will come again.

Very warm and friendly host, easy and quick check-in, washing machine and dryer on the rooftop, unfortunately the weather in Da Nang is not very good these days, will come back next time!
