We had a decent stay, but there are areas for improvement. First, the actual unit looked completely different from the listing photos. Upon entering, there was also a noticeable food-like odor in the room, and the blankets provided were very thin. It would be highly beneficial for the host to update the photos to accurately manage guest expectations and ensure a deep refresh between stays. Second, we experienced issues connecting to the Wi-Fi due to an incorrect password. Although a co-host asked for a photo of the modem, we never received a response and had to rely entirely on our own mobile data for our whole 3D2N stay. Lastly, when we requested a 1-hour checkout extension, we were initially quoted a higher rate per person until we reminded them of their House Rule #10, which states it is 100 pesos per hour. On a positive note, the location is great & they did honor the price once reminded, but better team communication and responsiveness to amenity issue is needed.
