We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was such a great amenity, the kitchen was well stocked, and all of the rooms were cozy and even had sound machines, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had two families (and a pup!) stay comfortably, and Caitlin was incredibly accommodating, warm, and very responsive throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Hosts did respond quickly and seem helpful. It is important to ensure accuracy of times, our booking showed 11am check out and texts received about upcoming time were different. At first appearance, it’s beautiful. Although, not well cleaned—dirt on bottom of pool, scum on tile and bathroom area, dirt on floors and carpets, & lights flicker randomly. Normally, this could be overlooked but with a 1 yr old, clean is extremely important to us. During our stay, we received an unexpected guest. The local police inquired who we were & if we knew the owners. He stated neighbors upset with traffic in and out of home over the past weeks. The officer also stated home was not permitted for an Airbnb But we could finish our stay. We were so thankful, since we paid extra for a 1 yr old birthday party. Then after leaving the location, as I’m driving home-the host text me over and over now wanting to charge additional fees for a stain (which we did not create). This was our honest experience.

The Sanctuary house was everything as described. Meticulously clean, spacious and relaxing. Close proximity to Notre Dame. Would definitely recommend. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was super clean and the outdoor area with the pool was amazing. We definitely would love to stay again! I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where I just wanted to hangout at the house as much as we did. We’d go downtown to Nashville in the morning and couldn’t wait to go back to the house for the pool.
