We stayed for about 3 weeks and had a good time there. The street is a dead end so there's no traffic there and it's easy to find extra parkering nearby by the park if needed. Ricardo was super sweet and easy to communicate with, making sure everything was OK. Something that's useful to know is that Tulum has a large dog population, so if you are sensitive to sounds when you sleep it might be a good idea to bring earplugs for sleeping. It's not unique for this location, but kind of the same at other locations in Tulum.
