…From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. Everything was beautifully prepared for our arrival and the housekeeping service every 2 weeks was a bonus. The housekeepers were very friendly without imposing. We visited Caye Caulker while we were there and the hotel room was inferior to Casa Belize. We were happy to get back.
We enjoyed coffee and sandwiches at the nearby Biltmore Cafe some mornings.
Any questions or issues were dealt with immediately and professionally.
Though a tad pricey, we would stay there again and again!!!!!…

…Carolyn’s place was perfect for our stay! There were 6 adults and we were all very comfortable!!
Carolyn was a very responsive and accommodating host! She was so helpful with any questions or needs we had.
There is a restaurant, cafe and convenience stores close by!!
Our whole group was very pleased!

…We respectfully requested a cancelation 1 month before our stay due to change in travel logistics. The host refused to refund booking with plenty of notice and wasn’t helpful or flexible. Apparently there was an additional option for cancelation that wasn't selected during booking, but I didn't see this, and having this option only make booking experience more confusing. I feel the host could have extended some flexibility on the cancelation especially with a month to rebook. Instead the host was happy to take the money including cleaning fees even though we never even stayed there. Not customer focused experience, would not recommend.…
