absolutely love it here and can't wait to come back and stay that view speaks for itself!!! We absolutely loved how it was on the quiet side of bourbon street as well and its well insulated enough that you dont hear much even though the balcony is right there in your room! The host was so very responsive and helpful and even let us get a late check out!

Check-in was a major issue. When we arrived at the scheduled time, there was no key available and we had to wait about an hour and a half to get inside. Because of this delay, we missed a reservation we had planned that evening. Once we got in, the bathroom wasn’t clean (there were beard hairs left behind all in the sink), the shower was difficult to turn completely off, and the AC struggled to cool the space. Overall the stay was disappointing due to the check-in delay, cleanliness, and maintenance issues. I also documented these issues with photos and hope this is addressed properly.

We had a great stay on Bourbon St! This spot is great and we thought it was a perfect find, especially for the price! Everyone was very comfortable and it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful sunrise over such a vibrant city. The balcony is iconic! If you’re looking to be close to the lively night scene but still have some peace and quiet, this place is perfect!

Perfect location was within a couple of blocks Bourbon Street action but still very quiet. Very clean and easy access. Great little diner across the street at an angle.
