Carlos was very responsive if I had any questions. The room I stayed in gets a bit hot if the shades aren't closed but there is a fan.

I would suggest Carlos to close the curtains before the guests arrive! Anyways I would totally go back!

So great! Carlos let us keep our bags at the place while we went on a one-night hiking trip in the highlands. Highly recommend!

Carlos wrote to tell me the room was occupied and and he needed to find another room. He finally found another in a district 20min walking from original location * When I arrived at night at the new location (entrance by code) I realized the room was dusty (dust from renovation works) even if they prepared it for the night :( * access to room was with smart lock with pin 12345, so I did not feel secure for my items ehen leaving the room * asked to move to cleaner room the second night, in that one the smart lock was buggy and I needed 15 attempts to get in the room Overall, worst experience in mex.
