We booked the entire house for an extended weekend and were there with 8 adults and 6 toddlers. The house was ideal for our needs. There were cribs and high chairs, and the large kitchen on the ground floor served us as a living and dining area at the same time. The dining table is not designed for so many people, but as recommended by Thomas, we simply added a table from one of the upper floors. So we could all eat together – a bit cramped, but very cozy. Unfortunately, there was no actual living room. But the house is so big that it didn't matter. The upper floors offer a lot of space and even more bathrooms. And everything is very nicely done down to the smallest detail. A house to discover and marvel at!!

This was such a great place to stay for our 5 nights in Rorschach. It's convenient to the train and the store, beautiful neighborhood, the space is light and airy and Thomas was awesome about allowing us to check in a bit early and was very communicative throughout. I'd stay again in a heart beat.

Positive: comfortable beds, clean, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views, quiet surroundings
Negative: Roof terrace is only accessible via two dark steep wooden stairs with heavy roof hatch, weak Wi-Fi

The apartment was as described in the listing and everything worked out perfectly and worked. Thomas even put in a 2nd hot plate so we could cook wonderfully. The apartment is lovingly decorated, it has small, fine and original details everywhere that make you smile. The view of Lake Constance is fantastic. We felt very comfortable immediately. Thank you so much for having us in your apartment. We will be happy to come back.
