david's place was spacious and comfortable. the outdoor area and plunge pool were our favorite part. the water heater didn't work for us.

Hello David, my family had a great time in your beautiful home with beautiful views. The accommodations were comfortable, and we had plenty of space. Nice job with the bathroom/shower remodels! The new plunge pool was much appreciated and well used. The sunsets were amazing from all three levels. We enjoyed exploring the Rincon area and surfing, snorkeling, collecting sea glass, watching the birds, and several nice nearby restaurants. Relaxing, exhausting, and truly what I was looking for. After getting in much later than we anticipated, it was very easy to find the house late at night. We had a large group, party of 7 - five adults and two teenagers.

Being right upon the beach, the sounds of the waves were calming each day and having a coffee on the patio was a daily treat.

The area around the Airbnb is very quiet and while we stayed there for a full week, we rarely heard any neighbors. Most of the noise came from the neighborhood roosters.

We had an issue pop-up with one of the main air conditioning units but the host was responsive right away and made an appointment with a repair man.

There’s a large supermarket nearby (Econo), which made it very easy to get groceries and make lots of meals at home when we weren’t visiting the food carts. So delicious!

While, the house does not have direct beach access, you can access the beach from four houses away. Each day, we went paddle boarding (supplied by the house), snorkeling, and swimming.

Airbnb was great with an amazing view, however, neighborhood isn't friendly for large parties regardless of how many people the house accommodates due to noise issues. Overall a great community and had an amazing time.
