3 weeks agoWe came for year 2 at the Barn Burner for our staff retreat and had the best time! We highly recommend it to anyone and everyone visiting the area!

August 2025The Barn Burner was a great place for our company retreat. We rented all four units and there were plenty of rooms and space for us to gather and also quiet spaces for those those that needed them. The units had modern amenities and comfy beds. The location was in town and within walking distance to lots of cafes and shops.

March 2025Kara’s place was beautiful and spotless. Walkable to all of downtown Nashville. We had a peaceful and fun stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

March 2025Everything was amazing! Kara did a great job of having everything super well stocked, all the amenities you could think of. We experienced a city wide power outage the weekend we were there and she did everything in her power to help us navigate that. Brought us a generator to save our food and charge devices. She even had flashlights and lanterns stocked in the house.
One of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back.
Kara was extremely responsive and so helpful!
