Jone was a great host, easy to communicate with. The location and the apartment were a bit noisy, I’m just not used to that much activity right outside my door.

Jone’s place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed at another property and had a great experience so when we needed to book in Pasadena again we receded out and Jone helped us right away. Everything was great from start to end. Would definitely book again if we need a spot in the area.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Pasadena. From the moment I arrived, everything about the stay felt comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights was the location — it was incredibly close to the Metro, which made getting around the local area easy and stress-free. There were also so many great restaurants, markets (Vons, TJ’s), and beautiful parks nearby, which really helped make the trip feel enjoyable. Being able to explore the neighborhood so easily added a lot to the overall experience. The amenities were another huge plus. Having access to onsite laundry made a big difference during my stay, especially for a longer trip, and the onsite parking was extremely convenient and gave me extra peace of mind. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Jone was truly an exceptional host throughout the entire stay. She was very responsive to messages and helpful with any questions I had.

Unfortunately had a very bad stay. Jone seemed nice and all, but we had many issues, requested a refund, and left early. Lock/door handle was often failing and we couldn't enter - this also made us feel unsafe (flimsy front door, broken lock). Bedroom windows were nailed shut (illegal in California). Cobwebs above bed. Dust exploded from ceiling fan above bed when turned on. Towels smelled of mold, we used our own instead. Sheets were extremely worn and pilled. Bed/Bath/Kitchen portion of home smelled moldy. One morning we woke up and there was water leaking from the ceiling light in the kitchen and this was the final straw for us. Requested cancelation/refund. Plumbers came, water was turned off with less than a minutes notice, asked them to wait 5 minutes so i could get drinking water. Turns out water heater failed upstairs and leaked into our unit, who knows how long it had been leaking or if this was source of mold smell. Most cars will not fit in this garage. VW Golf barely fit.
