Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

This apartment in El Mirador de Viesques, Gijon was great. It's a lovely building and offers a swimming pool that was SPARKLING clean. The apartment furnishings were complete, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom well appointed. Cafes and groceries were nearby. Sergio, our contact, is possibly the nicest and most helpful host ever. We highly recommend a stay at El Mirador de Viesques.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

The apartment is nice and clean. It's a central area with all the necessary infrastructure. The beach and a gigantic park with lots of playgrounds are nearby. The neighbours are quiet, and the windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

Our experience at Mario's place was 10, we will definitely repeat. At all times she was helpful, and was willing to help us find restaurants or activities to do near the area. The house was spotless, the apartment very spacious and comfortable, close to supermarkets and located very close to Salinas beach. If we return to Avilés we will definitely contact him again.

The house is fully equipped: it has lots of kitchen utensils and tableware, towels, a hairdryer, gel, shampoo and even CONDITIONER, something that I value very much and that is not always found in other accommodations. It also has cleaning products. In addition, both Marian and Ángeles treated us wonderfully and were very flexible with check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The stay was nice. The apartment is in a very good location, according to the area we were looking for. Nearby area for free parking. The apartment is a bit noisy because of the area in which it is located and because it is on the first floor, but at night you hardly notice it. We will repeat in our next stays in Gijón.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

The place was absolutely fantastic. The host, Isolina, has thought of every little detail. There is nothing that you need that she hasn't thought of and many lovely extra touches, like the bowl of fruit, homemade cake, dressing gowns and slippers, really 5* touches.The apartment is tastefully decorated and really cosy and homely, at the same time. The beds and sofa are comfortable and the level of cleanliness is 💯. The hot tub is within one of the double bedrooms, which is an added bonus for whoever is staying there. All our needs were catered for and any questions answered ASAP. I highly recommend this apartment, which is located in an area that is well served by public transport and has a taxi rank in the street below. Great value for a trip to Gijón, a vibrant city worth exploring that I'm surprised does not have a more widespread reputation internationally, compared to Santander, Madrid and Barcelona! Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.
