Fees include electricity and water expenses. The pool is located in the common area. It is in common use for 3 apartments in the building.

We are only 250 meters from Ovabükü beach and 700 meters from Hayıtbükü. Our houses in our garden are located among olive and fig trees, offering a quiet accommodation experience in touch with nature. Upstairs there is a double bed and air conditioning, and downstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed. We are only 3-4 minutes' walk from the sea.
