The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Our family warmly invites you to experience a stay in our tiny home, Sea La Vie. Centrally located in Rodanthe, North Carolina on Hatteras Island. We hope you will find Sea La Ve to be as charming and cozy as we do. With lots of warm lighting, comfy furniture, a bonus outside shower, and private beach access it is the perfect spot to come and escape reality! The beach is located at the end of our road and can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes, but also feel free to drive.

Our place is in the heart of Ocracoke with restaurants & shops within walking or biking distance. The Ocracoke Lighthouse & Springers Point Nature Preserve are a 5-8 minute walk.
