This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. Somewhat European style with two twin extra long beds pushed together to make a king or pull them apart if you don’t like each other that much. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking.

Modern vaulted 2 Bed Apartment, with separate living and work areas. High ceiling, comfortable. We have had a guest that has stayed in all of our units for several weeks each and this was her favorite. Excellent downtown location, walk to Brewery, Sushi, Pizza, Yoga, Downtown shopping.
