Family-friendly vacation rentals in Oulton Broad

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

John was has been an exceptional host. Super helpful, responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my sudden change of circumstance and extend the stay. The cottage is beautiful and has all you could want for a short or long stay. We made full use of the hot tub and Sauna and had the best nights sleep in the super comfy bed(s). Bed linen, towels all super crisp and clean and the hot tub chemicals checked daily (John gave heads up both days on this). The cottage is located off the main village road but was easy to find and check in with his clear instructions. Thank you John - as you know this escape was just what was needed. I will be in touch and back again!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

A picturesque home in a beautiful location. In a quaint little village you truly feel like you’ve been whisked away into serenity. Would highly recommend staying here, host is very friendly and welcoming, the home is well equipt for all your needs. If you are looking for rest and recuperation and time to reconnect with others without the hustle and bustle of life, this is your dream location!

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had the most amazing stay here! Having been to various places with our kids over the years this place was hands down the best! From outside play area to the best playroom, as well as big bedrooms and a big living/dining area. We even used the little outside cabin nook for some one-on-one time which was really treasured. For us adults the hot tub was obviously such a treat! The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were great. The scenery is ridiculously beautiful and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Cleveland House was just lovely. Such a perfect location, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. With a convenience store, pub, fish & chip shop and tea room very close by - all which I would recommend. There were really helpful instructions about the house, with lots of local recommendations of things to do. Loved our stay here.

Lovely Airbnb beautifully clean and so peaceful sitting out in the garden. Mario was a wonderful host who welcomed us when we arrived and checked everything was ok and was happy to answer questions about the local area. The house is a good size and has everything you could need. Toby the dog is so lovely he came to say hello every day. We walked into Cromer which is about 15 minutes and there is a Morrisons and Lidl close by. We had a lovely day visiting Wells Next to the Sea and hired a boat in Wroxham.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Lovely stay in a lovely setting with a friendly host. The play barn was a particular highlight for our little one.

Ideal location for exploring Sheringham shops and seafront. Literally a minutes walk away. This ground floor apartmentwas ideal for my elderly mother as there were only a couple of indoor steps to negotiate. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off street parking a major plus. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco very welcoming! Thank you Angie, will definitely be coming back ☺️

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The Old Smoke Cottage was perfect for us as a family. Beautiful setting, good amout of parking and easy walking distance to a great restaurant, and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

lovely house relaxing vibe , interesting garden for the kids and safe. pool was a bit cold next time we ll ask for heating to go up , mind you it was a fairly cold weekend. hot tub great . kitchen well fitted bedrooms great would book again

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area
