Beautiful house in its green setting. We had a great time. The house is warm, well-equipped, the living room is very nice and the bedrooms are spacious. Beautiful sunny terrace and large enclosed garden ideal for children. Thanks to Mickael for hosting us, everything was perfect.

We were very surprised by Catherine's house, the photos do not do justice to this very charming house. The latter is very well equipped, very clean, the large garden is well maintained, it is a pleasure to stay there. The accommodation is well located, you have easy access to the cities of the Coast. the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

Hi, We booked this house to celebrate 80 years as a family. We had a great weekend. The 2 children present were delighted with the books and games available. This large family home is very nice, it feels very good. We would highly recommend.

Caroline's house was perfect for our family holiday. It was very clean and well equipped for both adults and children. Easy walking distance to local amenities and beach. All queries were answered immediately.

The hardest part of this weekend was leaving this house!! From the little notes on the kitchen doors so as not to look for bowls or pots, to the large super friendly table where we celebrated our son's 50th birthday, to the well-equipped bedrooms and bathroom, the magnificent pool and its super safety to avoid stress with the youngest who took advantage of all the possibilities of games and toys as in Tintin, the house is great for 4 to 74 years old. Thanks for thinking of everything to bring us back. A small request from the table sets to protect your beautiful table. Everyone went back to work to treat themselves to a future stay.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

Fantastic house for 10 people… beds were super comfortable and lovely bedding. All ensuite bathrooms were perfect. Great location just outside HONFLEUR and Deauville where there are a great assortment of restaurants. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset nightly, what a peaceful spot. Thanks for the memories, would revisit in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The cottage is functional, the living room is large which is important in a region where the weather does not always allow you to enjoy the outdoors. It is very well equipped for children: all early childhood equipment, indoor/outdoor games, the secure and covered swimming pool. Good to know: the instruction not to make noise between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., as indicated in the listing, must be respected. Close to the village of Epaignes where there are quality shops and welcoming traders. Lucie is very responsive and attentive.

Have a great stay at Samuel's. Beautiful well renovated house with many bedrooms, a full kitchen, a beautiful garden with pool. Lots of activities possible: ping pong, pool, darts, board games, swimming. A very nice pool house for outdoor dining. A nice place to spend a weekend with friends or families with children. Nearby, many beautiful Normandy addresses: Ouistreham, Caen, Cabourg, the landing beaches… We recommend it!

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!
