I have to say that this was one of the best stays I’ve had on this site. Adil, Hanane, Fatima & everyone else were amazing hosts. The best, honestly. I spent a month at the apartment & could have stayed longer, as it had everything needed. The team was always responsive and made me feel like I was more than just a guest. They are kind, genuine & helped me with every detail they could and more. While the apartment is away from the Medina & the bigger hotels, I loved the location. It is minutes to walk to Menara Garden and M Avenue, & was only a block away from local cafes, snacks, fruit & vegetable stands, as well as groceries, & plenty of taxis to get you anywhere you needed to go. Everything you could want or need. If you don’t want a taxi, Adil and the team will arrange transportation and excursions for you to save you the trouble. Really a 5-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again. I left this morning and I already miss everyone. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Stay with my wife at the top I recommend very well located in Gueliz , quensa is very friendly the apartment at the top with the pool is the parking which are a real plus!✅

nice and very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary equipment. kitchen and bathroom without limescale and mold. with hot water. bedrooms are nice and cool and clean. living room nicely decorated. clean pool which is cleaned every Tuesday. apartment is well insulated, so no noise from outside. Nihad and Salaheddin on location are always accessible and respond very quickly. booked for 8 days, but it was very nice in the apartment that we booked 2 extra days. this will be our home again next time in marrakesh.

Mrs. Ilham was really very courteous and responded immediately to messages for anything. The apartment is large, with a beautiful terrace, in the bedroom there is a huge and very comfortable bed, the large bathroom with shower, but there is no hairdryer. In the living room there is no larger table to be able to eat more comfortably, but apart from this detail, my husband and I had a great time.

Beautiful apartment in a good location, all amenities were available and the apartment was very clean. The check-in process was very simple and the host is nice and proactive in communication. We didn't use the parking offered because it's easy to park on the street behind the building. Nor the pool that is listed unfortunately we did not use, but it was accessible (10-18). The only minor thing that may be uncomfortable for some is the somewhat higher level of street noise (audible from the living room, the bedroom was quite quiet). I'm sure we'd love to come back someday.

Youngness is a great person, very responsive. He is very nice to let us check in a little earlier. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, there are lots of restaurants around and the train station and bus station is just right across the street. I will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Morocco again

Very large apartment, close to the train station. The owner communicated with us very well and helped us get in!! He was very friendly Quite equipped, and corresponds to the description! Everything is great!

We stayed for one week and the accommodation was great. The check in was flexible, and Hassan always almost instantly responded to any messages. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need from a washing machine over towels to all the kitchen utensils. The building entrance is always guarded by security and the building was in a safe location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definetely recommend.

Hakim and Naïma were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hakim communicated warmly through Airbnb, and Naïma took great care of my parents during their stay on site. The location is excellent, a calm and peaceful area with a spacious parking lot and a quiet balcony. Everything they needed was available, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

A 10/10 stay! the apartment was so beautiful, the pictures didnt do it justice, the property was all clean and modern,so spacious and felt right at home. the host’s are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, they really went the extra mile which made the stay that extra special. The location is good, about 20 min ride from the towns but was nice to be in a quiet area, the neighbours where friendly too, indrive where the better option to get around as a lot cheaper than the local taxis. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

We really enoyed the appartmant and the pool. Appartmant has everything you need for a family. In peaceful and secure residence. If we return back to Marakesh we wouldn't think twice to stay with Hassan again.

Spacious accommodation for a family of 5 out of the hustle and bustle of central Marrakesh. Use of beautiful pool which we mostly had to ourselves. Manon was a very responsive and helpful host.

Jamal was super welcoming host! Very nice villa in the middle of golf course. The warm pool was super popular among kids.

A heavenly villa in the middle of the desert, with the Atlas Mountains in the distance and a few hot air balloons passing by in the morning... Nina is always very responsive and gives great advice for travel and plans to avoid. We had an amazing stay. The only small downside is the coolness of the pool, which should not be a problem when the hot weather arrives.

The place was very nice and quiet. We didn't have good flight times but instead flexible check-in and check-out. Abdellatif was always available and helped us with this. The pool was great for our kids and we loved the Moroccan charm in the villa. Cats come by every now and then, which my kids loved very much. We had two normal duvets, the rest are these typical thick fluffy Moroccan blankets. That could be a bit problematic if someone has asthma. But I think if we had mentioned it, we would have been offered other blankets. Taxi drivers often had trouble finding the place. I don't know what it was about. But Abdellatif was also very helpful. There are a few small things that could be done, but we were very satisfied and would book it again.

Without words to describe Ismael's attention, we felt right at home, plus the place is just like the photos or much better. A highly recommended place. Thanks to the people who helped us in the grooming, they were also very special. 🫶🏼

Very good stay in this beautiful villa, very beautiful and colorful interior decoration, pleasant heated pool in this season (end of winter), we had a housekeeper from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. who did the cleaning (dishes, washing machine and ironing), Houda and her husband were very nice and responsive, they also recommended good places to us, thank you again for everything 😊

Beautiful villa located in a quiet and soothing setting, everything is done to make you feel indoors and outdoors. We're not missing anything! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains, the kindness of the caretaker who is present 24/7. We had a nice welcome from Yanis, who made himself available throughout the stay, at any time. Thank you Yanis! I highly recommend this villa!
