Monthly Rentals in Otterton

We had a wonderful long weekend at Karen’s cottage. The location is perfect with lovely walks on your doorstop, excellent pub just along the road and generally great for exploring east Devon. It’s a cosy cottage. Wood burner heats the lounge quickly and our dog loved the heated floor in the kitchen. We loved the hot chocolate station! Highly recommended and look forward to returning.

Dominic’s cosy cottage was exactly that. Warm and welcoming when we arrived. Every inch of each room was immaculate. The rooms had plenty of space, bathrooms and the kitchen were modern and clean, with enough inside to accommodate what we needed. The bed linen was crisp, clean and smelt lovely. The decoration was classy and tasteful. Such a lovely home we felt very comfortable there. We felt that Dominic and his family would have done anything to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a stress free comfortable mini break and will definitely be returning! Would recommend the cottage to anyone 😍

This was a wonderful stay. Rosemary was very proactive with messages with regards to answering questions and giving suggestions; very prompt. The place has beautiful surroundings with parrots, plants, and hot tub and great views. The room was spacious and clean. There is a lot of equipment to cook. The water pressure was great and hot. I would definitely stay again!

A delightful little cottage which is perfect for a weekend or holiday, and was equipped to a very high standard in every room. The bathroom had a plentiful supply of fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries and lashings of hot water for the shower and roll-top bath. The bed was supremely comfortable, and Cath even left some bedside chocs. The kitchen has every gadget you could require, from all the usual ones, plus a coffee maker and a hot air fryer. The sitting room had a smart TV, loads of guide books, paperbacks and games. Cath was a very welcoming host who left essentials in the fridge, fresh scones and jam on the table, and even some beer and cider to get us started. She also took the trouble to leave a bed for our dog and a basket of dog toys. We couldn't have asked for more and I am sure will stay with her again.
