Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

For us the accommodation was perfect, the villa is divided into two separate apartments, ideal for a Family and Friends holiday.

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

It was a fantastic stay. Both apartments were super clean, stocked with everything you need, and super welcoming. The garden is beautiful and very well-kept. The area is quiet and the bus stop is very close and close to an excellent pastry shop. 15/20 minutes max and you can reach Venice. Highly recommended for families. Kristin was an excellent host, helpful and professional (bus tickets already provided, precise directions on the map and up close), friendly and discreet. Everything was perfect and super satisfied.

the house is very quiet. At least at this time of year. We enjoyed the tranquility and location very much. The beach is super within 10 minutes walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. All around very satisfied. Thank you again.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

very nice private accommodation in the middle of fields by the main Road. The house was clean, there was quick communication with the owner, and everything went according to the agreement. The air conditioning was great, which we used to do when we were gone, and the bedroom was so nice. Everything is modern and cozy. I recommend repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. thank you for everything.

It was an amazing week full of experience. We've never had such a big pool. It was one of the best and the most used things.

This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We booked this house because of the pool, jacuzzi and great outdoors which we loved! The interior is a bit outdatet but very clean and in good condition. Would definitely book again. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time with the family, the house is very pretty, large and fit perfectly with the description. We were able to enjoy with the kids the great outdoor space, have a great barbecue and relax looking at the beautiful view of the scenery. A very clean flat with a nice place to sit outside. I got a lot of good informations from Fabian about how to get to the flat and what to do in the neighbourhood. The communication was always very uncomplicated and friendly. If you like nature, this is your place. We totally recommend it!
