The place was impeccable, everything was fine when we arrived! Communication with the host was super fast. Just the alley with horn noises at night a little disturbing but nothing more. For the price it's WELL worth it! 👍

The layout was also good and spacious, so it is very suitable for large groups.

Very convenient location, just outside the subway station, very, very close to Dotonbori, lots of food nearby, pharmacy and 711 downstairs.The room has a balcony, you can go out and get some fresh air anytime.The only bad thing is that the bedroom near the road is a bit noisy at night, otherwise everything else is perfect!The host Miwa responded promptly and was friendly. The room was fully furnished. It was a perfect trip!Thanks for the hospitality!

I asked a lot of questions before using it, but I received a response right away and I was able to use it with peace of mind.I used it for 5 adults and 2 children, but the room was also beautiful, there were games, etc., and the children enjoyed it.We had a pleasant time until the end.Thank you very much.

The place is pretty, quite, tidy n peaceful. Great neighborhood and the facilities are good as well. Host is responsive and kind too. We really enjoyed our 4days stay there 👌

Masahito and Monica are very responsive hosts, whether before, during or after our stay. It was a pleasure to be hosted by them. Regarding the house, there are two large very nice bedrooms, a living room and two toilets which is very convenient. The rooftop is a plus, we spent most of our time on it, it is very nice. The location is 20 minutes from line Y, 5 minutes from a train station and 5 minutes from the tram. Not to mention the park next door which is very beautiful and lively, and the few restaurants that are a 5-minute walk which are also very good. It was a real pleasure to stay in such a quiet, large place and yet close to the center (15 min from Namba). The next time we come to Osaka, we'll stay at Masahito's!

Amazing location for getting around Kyoto. Tons of food and shopping close. Host was so helpful and friendly. Gave a tour and showed how to work everything. Beyond helpful. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10

Yamano and his wife were extremely hospitable! Going as far as picking us up from the bus stop when we arrived later than expected to taking us to the train station when we left. He was extremely responsive and always very helpful. Amazing experience!

I’d love to stay at Hisano-san’s place again if I ever visit Kyoto in the future again!! Hisano-san let me put my luggages first at 1 pm and check in later which is very great because I bring lots! It’s very walkable distance to Karasuma Matsubara bus station (according to gmaps it’s 3 mins walk, 230m). And Hisano-san even advised us to go to Nintendo Kyoto which isn’t far. We wouldn’t have known of that if she hadn’t told us✨ The room is very very spacious for 3 people (all adult) and looks exactly like the pics. But do keep in mind that the room’s on 2ND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. The 1st one is for the lobby. All amenities are as exactly as the list but BRING YOUR OWN TOOTHBRUSH. The room is very clean and tidy, the facilities are very well equipped, the rental and renovation are very attentive, the store service is very warm, the house is located in the center of the city, it is very convenient to go to Shinsaibashi within walking distance, transportation is very convenient.

Great apartment! Extremely clean, good locomotion and close to everything. The hostess is extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely come back, I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a very good and comfortable stay in Osaka!
