Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Otsu

It was our second stay at Akiras apartment and it won’t be our last. We really like it there, the size is great for two people and it has everything you need in a walkable distance.

Hana-San has a great place to stay at Dotonbori! We had 6 people and a baby for our stay and it was very easy to find everyone a comfortable place to sleep. The amenities were enough for all of us to use, and we were thankful for all of the towels! ^-^ We were so close to the Dotonbori area, the Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping District, and the Namba area. When you stay in Osaka, make sure to stay here! Hana-San is an amazing host!

we had a very good time, great and central location for Dotombori and well connected to other areas. the cleanliness was ok, but some finishes like the kitchen and appliances were a little dirty and worn. the mezzanine with the tatami and they were beautiful, but there were only blankets and the sheets were missing. very attentive, kind and helpful host.

I feel very lucky to find this AirBnB. The room is very spacious and complete with a washing machine, stove, 2 air conditioners, a dining table and an elevator. The room is located on the 6th floor so we get a great view to enjoy while having breakfast every day. And the most enjoyable thing is, the location is very close to the LIFE supermarket which is very helpful in fulfilling our daily needs and has a variety of ready-to-eat foods at prices much cheaper than in convenience stores. The supermarket is open until 12 midnight and starting at 10 pm there are already many discounted foods. It's just that the location is relatively far from the nearest train station, so for those who are not able to walk far or have quite a lot of luggage, it might take a little struggle. The host, especially Ken, is very responsive and able to quickly handle our concerns. I highly recommend this place and of course will come back here again if I visit Osaka. Thank you

Location was great. Accessible by public transport with convenience stores within a minute's walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Host was also very responsive.

I chose it as a family trip, and I had a really good stay. Everything was the same as the picture, and you prepared it well. They answered our calls right away and provided good directions, so we were able to check in and check out comfortably. Most of all, it was so clean! I think it was cleaner than the hotel I've been to!! The cars on the main road were a bit noisy on Saturday night, but I think it was unavoidable since it's a good location, and Sunday night was okay:) It was good to get out of Dotonbori, and the subway station was right nearby, so the location was great. If I come next time, it's a place I want to stay again.😀

The Host was exceptional, She was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very nice, spacious and homely. The host kindly left amenities which was useful if you got anything. The bathroom is a standout part of the accommodation , especially if You enjoy using a bath. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very peaceful, there are bus and train services nearby. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk however there isn’t much options. You need to travel in to town for more options which is fairly nearby.

This time in Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, staying in a homestay for 5 nights, clean and hygienic, it is convenient to eat, eat, drink, and drink, you can buy the supermarket back to eat in the homestay.Convenient transportation, very close to Shibangri subway station, there are all and Lawson nearby, and Nankai tram to and from the airport is also convenient.

The property is in a nice location with a small park next to it and a rail transit stop next to the park.There are convenience stores and a living supermarket nearby, there is a boutique supermarket about 1.6 km, and a Aeon department store at 2.6 km.Overall convenience is good. The inside of the house can live for four people, there is a refrigerator with a stove, the kitchen utensils are abundant, and there is salt in the fridge.The bathroom has a small bathtub. The interaction with the housekeeper was also very smooth and worth the stay.

Absolutely loved this place. Felt right at home since our first step into the place. Everything was clean and tidy. Weather was surprisingly cold but there were sufficient heaters to make the rooms warm and snug. Location wise it's very near Kyoto station which helped us get around easily. Finally, greatly appreciate the host for preparing such a lovely place for us to stay in. Would definitely want to be back next time.

We loved our stay at Yamano-san's home. It was such a great experience to stay in a 120-year old Japanese home. Something we'll never forget. Yamano-san was helpful in every way possible from our arrival until our departure a week later. Hoping to be able to come back someday.

Yui was a great host and provided many kid-friendly things (chopsticks, dishware). My family and I had a great time!!

This house is very big, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station, it is still very convenient, the bathroom is very clean, there is a kitchen, buy from Aeon supermarket and you can also fry your own and consider this place if there are many people.

I was so satisfied 5 min. walk from Hanazonocho Station It is located about a 15-minute walk from Tengachaya Station.

Friendly host and clean place. I think it would be good for 3-4 people in a large space for the price. However, if there is any regret, it is that the weather in Kyoto in winter was much colder than I thought, and I would like you to pay more attention to the heating. If I go back to Kyoto in the spring and autumn, I think I'll go again.

great place to stay for 5 adults an one infant

5 people stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Communication with the host was very good, they responded sincerely, and provided a lot of convenience, such as adjusting the check-in time. There is a subway station within 5 minutes walk, so it is a great place to travel around many areas. There are convenience stores nearby and several restaurants, so the convenience was good. There are 8 beds, but the space may be a little small for 8 people. Personally, I think up to 5 people is suitable. There was a bit of dust on the floor or in the corners under the bed in the bedroom which bothered me when I was leaving my luggage or something. Other than that, overall, I'm mostly satisfied.

I am very satisfied with this homestay, it is convenient to get in and out on the first floor, but it is not humid at all.Because the ground of the room is elevated.The homeowner had been very thoughtful to turn the heating on early when we arrived, which made us very warm.And the room is very clean and super comfortable! The location of this house is very good, it is very close to Inari Shrine, and it takes only two or three minutes to walk from the Jr line.The owner is also very friendly and provided us with a detailed tour of Kyoto, thank you very much. Couldn't recommend it more!I hope to check in again next time!

was a great experience, everything was cleaned prior to our arrival. Host was always responsive to questions and messages. check in and check out instructions were clear and available in multiple languages. location was amazing. super close to dontonburi and all other activities. Will definitely be looking to stay in this location again. overall highly recommend staying with this host and in this location.
