A cozy apartment on the first floor of the house. There is a living room with a sofa (bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the garden side of the house. There is free parking in front of the house, WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.
